Werpa ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Werpa mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Werpa is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Game Progress Data: Your puzzle progress, scores, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to any server.
• Analytics Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (such as app opens, screens viewed, and crash reports) to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.
• Social Media Analytics: We use the TikTok API (Login Kit) to access our own Werpa TikTok account's public analytics data (such as follower count and video performance metrics) for internal reporting purposes. How We Use Your Information

Any information collected is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Display advertisements to support the free version of the App

Data Storage

All game data (progress, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal game data. If you delete the App, your local game data will be permanently removed.

The App may use the following third-party services that may collect information:

Werpa is a word puzzle game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or any personal information to use.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Anonymous analytics data may be shared with our analytics providers solely for the purpose of improving the App.

Your Rights

Since we store game data locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App. For any privacy-related questions or requests, please contact us.
