How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings within the app and select "Reset Progress." This will clear all saved game data. Note: this action cannot be undone.

Is Werpa free?

Yes! Werpa is free to download and play. The app is supported by ads. A premium ad-free option may be available in the future.

What languages are the puzzles in?

All crossword clues and answers are in Filipino (Tagalog). The app interface is available in both English and Filipino.

My progress was lost. Can I recover it?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, your progress will be reset. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your data. Cloud sync is planned for a future update.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app. (2) Restart your device. (3) Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.

How do I report a wrong clue or answer?

If you find an incorrect clue or answer, please email us at support@werpa.app with the puzzle details and we'll fix it in an upcoming update.
