These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Werpa mobile application ("App") operated by Politech ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Werpa is a crossword puzzle game featuring Filipino (Tagalog) words. The App provides crossword puzzles across multiple difficulty levels, progress tracking, achievements, and related game features.
The App is available to users of all ages. No account creation or personal information is required to use the App.
You agree not to:
All content in the App, including but not limited to puzzles, clues, word databases, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Politech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our written permission.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These ads are subject to the respective ad network's terms and privacy policies.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information to provide the core game experience.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Politech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the App. For data deletion requests related to any information collected by third-party services, please visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at contact@werpa.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
